This 4-storey townhouse had years of build-up left behind by previous owners. The result? Overflowing gutters and a completely blocked downpipe. 

This client asked for a bespoke Essential Plan with twice-yearly gutter clearance, once in March, once in November. All due to heavy leaf and pine needle fall from surrounding trees. 

We’ve worked with All Saints Church for 4 years, providing scheduled gutter cleans to help preserve this historic building and prevent water damage. 

The client spotted internal leaks and mould in the insulation. On inspection, we found gutters blocked by heavy roof moss. We recommended a full roof clean and biocide treatment to fix the issue long-term.
