I started RWCS in 2020, right when cleanliness went from “nice-to-have” to non-negotiable.

With over 10 years in the cleaning industry, I know the power of a clean space. Whether you’re already the kind of person who loves that freshly cleaned feeling (we see you), or you’re trying to get there- we got you.

Truth is, I wasn’t always tidy. But once I felt the difference a clean, organised environment made, there was no going back. Now I’ve built a service to help others feel the same, without the effort.

We’re here to make regular, high-quality cleaning easy: for the neat freaks, the busy families, the patio-proud, and everyone in between.

Because when your home looks good, you feel good. And we think everyone deserves that.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. But then you’re stuck remembering. And booking. And probably chasing, so... yeah. Subscribe and your home stay clean. You stay happy. We stay friends.

What if I forget when you’re coming?

You won’t. We’ll remind you, but politely, like a digital little butler (plus you can always check you personal portal).

Do I need to be home?

Only if you enjoy awkwardly waving from behind curtains. Otherwise, we just crack on. You come home to GLOW.

Can I reschedule my clean?

Of course, life happens. Just give us a heads-up:

-48 hours' notice (from 8am on the day of your clean)

-24 hours’ notice for a window clean (from 8am on the day of your clean)

Last-minute changes might not make the cut, and we sadly can’t do refunds for missed slots (we still love you though).

Need to double-check your dates? Your portal’s always got your back.

What if you can’t access part of my property?

We’ll always let you know before we arrive, so no surprises.

If we turn up and can’t get to something (like a locked gate or no plug for gutter cleaning), we’ll do what we can. But if we can’t get the job done, we can’t offer refunds- fair’s fair.

Got an awkward setup? Just give us a heads-up. We can bring a generator etc, to get the job done.
