Of course, life happens. Just give us a heads-up: 

-48 hours' notice (from 8 AM on the day of your clean)

-24 hours’ notice if it’s just a window clean

Last-minute changes might not make the cut, and we can’t do refunds for missed slots (we still love you though).

Need to double-check your dates? Your portal’s always got your back. 

We’ll always let you know before we arrive, so no surprises.

If we turn up and can’t get to something (like a locked gate or no plug for gutter cleaning), we’ll do what we can. But if we can’t get the job done, we can’t offer refunds- fair’s fair.

Got an awkward setup? Just give us a heads-up. We can bring a generator and look very prepared.
